We provide real estate brokerage services, including assisting buyers and sellers with residential real estate transactions in the Greater Toronto Area. This Website provides information about our services, our team, the communities we serve, and access to real estate listing information.

We are a brokerage that is a member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board ("TRREB") and the Canadian Real Estate Association ("CREA"). Listing information displayed on this Website is made available through TRREB's MLS® system and CREA's Data Distribution Facility ("DDF®").

We are not a party to any contract of sale that may arise between a buyer, seller, or any other third party concerning any of the properties contained in the listing information. Any agreement you enter into with any real estate professional, mortgage lender, service provider, or any other third party through the use of this Website will be strictly between you and such third party.

Information contained on this Website is based in whole or in part on information that is provided by members of TRREB and CREA, who are responsible for its accuracy. TRREB and CREA reproduce and distribute this information as a service for their members.
