Michael Klasner is a seasoned financial expert and licensed real estate professional with over two decades of industry excellence. As a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Michael fuses financial acumen with deep real estate insight to deliver exceptional service to his clients.
Michael launched his career at a major accounting firm, earning his designation and building a solid foundation in financial analysis and strategic planning. Driven by innovation, he transitioned to a senior role at a software company specializing in custom platforms for industry leaders with significant real estate portfolios, including Walmart, HOOP, TIAA-CREF, DREAM, Walmart Asia Realty, and Skyline REIT. There, he played a pivotal role in designing and implementing systems that streamlined operations and enhanced capabilities in deal pipeline evaluation and scenario analysis.
In 2018, Michael became a partner in an accounting firm alongside four other professionals. Under his guidance, the firm has flourished, serving a diverse clientele across various industries and providing expertise to over 400 corporate entities and thousands of personal tax submissions annually. He also manages substantial real estate holdings on behalf of a family trust, overseeing operations across more than 13,000 acres of timberland.
