A Legacy of Trust in Toronto Real Estate

Jonathan Schwarz grew up in Thornhill, just north of the city, but Toronto was always where he belonged. He spent his youth in its neighbourhoods, learned its streets, and never really left. He lives in midtown now with his family, in the same part of the city where he does most of his work. More than twenty years later, he's sold homes on streets he walks every day.

His grandfather gave him one rule: your word is your bond. Jonathan built a career on it. He doesn't sell you a house. He advises you on one of the biggest decisions of your life and treats it that way. No scripts. No pressure. Just honest counsel from someone who has seen every version of this market, the frenzied bidding wars, the quiet corrections, the unlisted homes that change hands before anyone else knows they're available.

In 2013, he founded Revolution Realty. For nearly eleven years, he ran it his way: meticulous preparation, zero shortcuts, every client treated like the only client. In 2024, he brought that same ethos to Johnston & Daniel, one of Toronto's oldest and most respected brokerages. Revolution Realty became Revolution Group, same standards, bigger platform.

His expertise runs deeper than most. He has sold pre-construction condominiums and run the sales offices to prove it. He has brokered land for residential development. He knows what a property is worth before the sign goes up, because he understands not just the market but the dirt underneath it. Whether it's a $15 million estate in Rosedale or a first rental for someone just starting out, the approach doesn't change: understand what you're trying to do, then make it happen.

Since 2013, he has adopted a white rhinoceros from the Toronto Zoo every year. The rhino is in the Revolution Group logo for a reason. It's not decoration. It's a reminder that business should leave something behind. Every deal contributes to the repopulation of a species that has no business going extinct.

He wanted to give back to the people who give so much to the communities where his clients live, work, and play. So he created the Revolution Group Heroes Program: 20% of his commission returned to Canadian Armed Forces members, veterans, and first responders who buy a home with him, plus another 5% donated to Wounded Warriors Canada on their behalf.
